More statements about my identity:
- Favourite joke: Never yell 'movie' in a crowded firehall.
- My politics is best characterized as Moderate-Right. Moderate because I am Canadian (:-)), Right because I firmly believe one is responsible for themselves, and need to live their lives as such. There are exceptions, of course. And yes, I am unified as a Canadian as I hate Bush, too.
- I have much hope for a single person in a room. I have little faith in many people in a room.
- You are what you drive? I drive a 2-door standard red Honda Civic hatchback - beep beep!
- I am a type 2 diabetic and don't always watch what I eat. I often wonder why I do this and that's another entry, another day...
- Coffee, no tea please.
- Like my politics and spirituality, my choice of beer has wondered through the years: Molson Export (my early 20s); Budweiser (age 25/26-ish); Creemore/Guinness/Murphys/Boddington (my late 20s/early-to-mid 30s); Rickards' Red (at age 36 to 38-ish); Stella Artois (at age 39); Coors Lite (my 40s); Heineken/Carlsberg/Corona (Age 42/43 - while in Taiwan).
- Favourite seasons in order: fall, spring, winter, summer.
- My wish for myself: more courage and guts / less body odour and self doubt
- Love cats, some dogs / not a big fan of birds or fish.
- Love bookstores, libraries and CD stores. Hate malls, parking lots and crowded bus stops.
- Hate shirt & ties, bright ceiling lights and loud people. Love quiet street scenes, interesting looking skies and the face of a curious child.
- Love fart jokes, political humour and clever slapstick, hate mimes, lazy stand ups and cruel comedians.
I think that's enough on my identity. Even I'm starting to get bored of myself.
Martin.
